The unique 5 in 1 tricycle Explorer will accompany you and your little one at an age of 10 months up to approximately 3 years and offers a variety of extras.

The padded seat with the 3-point belt provides even for the littlest the highest level of safety and comfort. The safety bar which can be removed if required, provides even more safety on trips. The foldable canopy protects your baby against direct sunlight (the canopy can also be removed if required).
The tricycle is equipped with a footrest so that your little one is able to put down his/her feet. For older children or those who can already ride the tricycle by themselves, you can easily fold the footrest and fold out the pedals. 核一除役環評仍未過 年底準時除役 空窗期由原能會負責

核一廠計畫將在今（2018）年12月5日開始除役，不過，21日上午在環保署進行的核一廠除限時折扣役案二階環評初審卻仍須補件再審。台電表示，年底確定停機，但環評通過才能取得除役許可，因此，若有空窗期，期間將由原能會負責把關。
由於目前最終處置場址仍無下文，新北市政府與在地的金山、萬里區公所因擔憂核廢料會無限期置於廠內，表態反對興建乾貯場等設施。而拆廠後將產生多達8.2萬公噸的廢棄物也受到關注。小組要求台電補件，說明拆除後的廢棄物，在廠內堆置、與運出廠外兩者的輻射把關與去化可能管道，與盤點可能面臨的災難風險。
核一廠除役計畫為25年、分四個階段，前八年停機過渡、接下來是12年的除役拆廠、第三階段為三年的最終狀態偵測，及最後的二年土地復原期。
最終處置場址沒著落 燃料棒乾貯場新北不放行
核一廠目前兩機組都因「大修」名義已是處於停機狀態，台電表示，用過核燃料棒應該盡快進行乾式貯存，而目前核一廠的燃料棒不但在燃料池，更有還在爐心者，在福島核災後更普遍認為是不安全的。但對於台電將乾式貯存分為兩階段，先露天再室內的規劃，卻遭到兩種質疑。
新北市府及金山、萬里區公所擔憂，核廢料將在核一廠賴著不走，表態在最終處置場址明朗前反對興建乾貯場。一期露天乾式貯存廠其實已經完工，但目前仍遭新北市以不發水保執照的方法卡著，因此7400束用過核燃料棒目前尚未進行乾式貯存。
蠻野心足生態協會律師蔡雅瀅則不滿，為何不直接做較安全的室內乾式貯存，一次貯放這些核燃料棒，核一廠的露天乾貯場一向遭質疑安全風險，有土石滑落的可能。
台電則表示，若要等室內乾貯場完工，等於燃料棒還要在反應爐裡等10年，會有安全的疑慮。至於為何不能儘早完成建造，則是因為基地上目前還有一個汽渦輪機仍在運作，要到2019年底才能拆除。而完工後，用過核燃料棒就會全數進入室內乾貯場。
除了核燃料棒，還有6.5萬桶的低階核廢料，則要新設焚化爐、既有固化設施等進行「減容處理」；而拆廠後將有2.6萬噸的廢棄設備、5.3萬噸的廢鋼材及3000噸的廢電纜，合計8.2萬噸的廢棄物，要如何證明其沒有輻射疑慮而進行再利用，遭到小組與環署廢管處的質疑。
台電表示，這些物質將委託合格業者清除，外運前將經過原能會的偵測，不能外運者將在廠內堆置。不過堆置在廠內的拆除後建築廢棄物，會不會因為雨水沖刷而滲出輻射污染土地與地下水，小組也要求台電再說明。
而區公所要求承諾繼續發放回饋金以免當地居民反彈，台電表示，先前立院已有決議，將繼續發放，以過去運轉中的平均值來計算回饋金。 列出風險、提出因應計畫 小組要求風險再說明
「拆除比興建更危險。」環委王价巨指出核電廠除役案的獨特性，且指出這個環評案其實顯然不能不過，但環評還是會要求台電把計畫改到最好。
王价巨要求，除役計畫應該把可能發生的風險列出，並提出因應計畫，而非一直承諾會盡力做到好、不會有問題而已。「不要騙民眾，而是讓民眾知道殘餘風險，才能做好準備。這才是風險溝通。」王价巨提醒，台電應該提出可能的風險，同時也要把若風險發生，可能需要多少資源去處理及因應，都要先算出來。
劉希平更提醒，看國際先例時，不能只看美國的成功案例，因為台灣有颱風、地震等威脅但美國沒有，且台灣的地質、人口條件也與美國的狀況不同，反而是與日本比較接近，應該也向日本的學者借鏡。
